Lawayne Morseth Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawayne Morseth (Edina, Missouri), who passed away on January 10, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Morseth and Gina Morseth; his daughter Mary Kay Morseth; and his siblings, Evelyn Johnson, Alice Nefstead, Ruth Morseth, Delores Bue, Harvey and Vernon.

He is survived by: his wife LaRhea; his daughter Jana Whear (Tom); his grandsons, Jonathan, Matthew and Kristofer; his son-in-law Bruce Monroe; his brothers, Harris (Leverne) and David (Martha); and his brother-in-law Jim Johnson (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
