He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnie and Carol. He is survived by: his wife Denise; his daughters, Faye Ann Bell (Stephan) and Shannon VanSchoonhoven (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Kylie, Gavin, Addison and Lydia. He is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, relatives and good friends.
