He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Presthus and Norma Presthus; and his grandson Benjamin Lukaska. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Lukaska (David), Claire Presthus and Anna Presthus; his grandsons, Hendrik Presthus and Nathan Lukaska; and his brothers, Paul Presthus (Linda) and David Presthus (Joleyne).
