He is survived by: his mother Patricia Lee Dodd Shultz of Rutledge, MO; his children, Caleb Shultz (Santana), Andrew Shultz (Amanda Harris) and Elisha Shultz of Kirksville, MO; his close friend Sallie Applegate; his siblings, Jerry W. Shultz (Judy) and Kelly Strange (Bobby); and his grandchildren, Aiden, Jace, Bentlee, Stella, Elias, Keely, Hattie, Zaylee, Elliott and Dottie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
