He is survived by: his wife Kandis Cox; his children, Dylan Shepard, Keeley Collins (Tyler) and Wyatt Shepard (Savannah); his grandchildren, Ashtyn and Saylor; his parents, Rickie Shepard and Judy Shepard; his siblings, Rachael Shepard, Rickie Shepard, Jr. and Johnie Shepard; his aunt Sue Jones; his parents-in-law, Mikel and Judith Cox; and his siblings-in-law, Derek, Jen Cox, Jason, Angie Cox, Charles and Alicia Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews other relatives and many friends.
