It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doyle V. Roecker of Edgerton, Missouri, born in Garnett, Kansas, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Roecker and Jessie Roecker (Merscham); his wife Mary Ann Poe; his children, Natalie Ann and Rick Roecker; and his siblings, Douglas Roecker, Leroy Roecker and Dixie Spencer.
He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Roecker of St. Joseph, Missouri and Cheryl Petersen (Terry) of Edgerton, Missouri; his daughter-in-law Sharon Roecker of Liberty, Missouri; his brothers, Wesley Roecker (Bev) of Chanute, Eldon Roecker (Betty) of Baldwin City and Robert Roecker (Linda) of Buena Vista, Colorado; his sister-in-law Sharon Roecker of Baldwin City, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Susan, Stephanie, Jacob, Joshua, Theresa, Alyssa, Ryan and Elizabeth. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
