He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrel Winifred and Martha Ellen Harmer (Thompson); his wife Shirley Cullum; and his siblings, Billy Harmer (Boley Harmer), Ruth Ann Fuller, Charlotte King, Joyce Kissick and Lenora Molder.
He is survived by: his children, Youllonda Parker (Mike), Shawn Harmer (Lisa) and Brent Harmer (Cindy); and his sister Mary Gieringer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
