He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Brugman (Hall) of Edgar Springs, MO; his siblings, Eric Brugman (Donna) of Boston, MA and Ellen Foley (James) of Boston, MA; and his sister-in-law Diane Brugman of Boston, MA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other friends and relatives.
