He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smith of Edgar Springs; his sons, Kenneth Wayne Smith Jr. (Debbie) of Newburg, MO, Harold "Hank" Smith (Tammy) of St. James, MO, Robert "Bobby" Smith (John Sieve) of Villa Ridge, MO and David Gooding; his siblings, Dan Smith of Newburg, MO, Carl Smith (Zelma) of Newburg, MO, Joe Smith (Lorraine) of Newburg, MO, Dave Smith (Christine) of Newburg, MO, Jerry Smith (Kathy) of Dixon, MO, Will Smith (Glenda) of Newburg, Laura Myers (Chuck) of Indianapolis, IN, Barbara Gabel (Jim) of Newburg and Brenda Leggett (Don) of Newburg; his daughter-in-law Tina Smith; and his grandchildren, Leslie of Kenny, Kendra, Chelsey, Kyle, Tabby, Shane, Dallas and Katie. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; one great-great grandson; a host of nieces and nephews; other extended family members and many dear friends.
