He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin Dunham and Maude Belle Dunham (Lewis); his wife Rosalie Dunham (Deason); his sons, Billy DeWayne Dunham and Ronnie Dale Dunham; and his siblings, Kenneth "Tinker" Dunham, Frank Dunham, Thelma Walker, Dorothy Gibbs, Virginia Ledbetter and Laura Mae Dunham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sissy Cox (Jim) of Rolla, MO and Donna Brown (George Hunter) of Rolla, MO; his siblings, Jim Dunham (Linda) of Haysville, KS and Sue Dunham of Rolla, MO; his grandchildren, Kaylon (Jeremy Buckner), Joni (Dakota Stoops), Shannen (Megan Brown), Brenden Brown and Mikayla Brown (Brandon Kohenskey); and his great grandchildren, Kannon, Logan, Easton, Bentley, Emerson, Brylee, Brantlee, Beau, Oaklynn, Remington, Lily and Octavia.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Phelps County R-3 School.
