She was predeceased by: her parents, Pern Ival and Ethel Easter (McClain); her husband James Vernon Jackson; her granddaughter Courtney; and her son Short Jackson.

She is survived by: her son Jay Jackson (Linda); her daughter-in-law Moni Jackson; her grandchildren, Lyndsay Crum (Jason), Jeron Traphagan (Zach), JB Jackson and Jessica Jackson; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Jalyn, Coy, Charlie and Cade; and her sister Maxine Jackson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Donations may be made to the Gower Christian Church or Blakely Cemetery.
