He was predeceased by: his parents, R. D. Everett and Iris Everett (Vaughn); his wife Alecia Jane McLarney; his brothers-in-law, John McLarney and Bernard Mead; his nephew Steven McLarney; and his niece Susan Merrigan.

He is survived by: his children, Gary Everett (Susan Tolle) and Nancy Roth (Mike) of Gower, MO; his grandchildren, Ryan Everett (Mandy), Emily Brown (Kevin), Jordan Roth (Amanda), Kilah Eiberger (Andrew), Garrett Everett (Kelsey) and Jared Roth; his great grandchildren, Riley Everett, Ella Brown, Kohen Brown, Ali Everett, Kruze Brown, Easton Roth, Leyton Eiberger, Callen Everett and Xavier Roth; his sisters, Charlotte Mead and Sharon Elifrits (Laverne); and his sister-in-law Floella McLarney. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome memorial contributions to the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
