It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty June Helton of Easton, Missouri, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on June 29, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Filley and Leroy Filley; her son Roy Walker, Jr.; her sisters, Mary, Patricia and Dorothy; her husband Richard Helton, Sr.; and her children, Richard Helton, Jr. of St. Joseph, Shelly Trauernicht (Tony) of St. Joseph, Rhonda Walker of Helena, MO, Brian Walker of Binghamton, NY and Eric Walker of St. Joseph. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren.
As a memorial to Betty, the family asks you to do something kind for someone or contributions may be made to Friends of the Animal Shelter.
