We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Zelda Thurmond of East Prairie, Missouri, born in Trimble, Tennessee. She was predeceased by: her parents, D. B. Coleman and Mary Coleman; her husband Billy Edward Thurmond; her son John Thurmond; her daughter-in-law Pam Tatum Thurmond; her grandson Todd Thurmond; and her son-in-law Sam Rains.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Edward Thurmond of Hopewell, Virginia, Bobbi Rains of Sikeston and Barbara Mainord (Milas) of East Prairie; and her siblings, Jerry Coleman of Trimble, Tennessee and Mary Alice Isabel of Indiana. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
