He is survived by: his children, Tommy Fitzgerald Upchurch of East Prairie and Theresa Barnett (Jimmy) of Union City, Tennessee; his sister Mildred Parson of Shawnee, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Michelle Hayes (Scottie), Trina Ray (Flynn), Stephanie Rinks (Dameon), Rocquelle, John David Fisher (Shannon) and Shelby Grubbs; and his great grandchildren, Anna Ray, Evy Ray, Jace Fisher, Cayden Fisher, Colin Davis, Blade Morrison, Davis Hayes, Hudson Hayes, Ella Hayes, David Rinks and Lila Rinks.
