She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Edward McLain and Annie Powers McLain; her husband Charles James Moore; her daughter Janice Fay Moore; and her siblings, Carl Edward McLain, Paul David McLain, James Gerald McLain and Pat Delfin.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Moore (Linda) of East Prairie and Debra Davis (Gerald) of Fayetteville, AR; her sister Janet Salzar; and her grandchildren, Chris Davis (Cara), Matthew Davis (Carlan), Phillip Sullivan, Jr. and Angie Thurman (Dennis).
