He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Ray Woods and Elizabeth Mae Rhodes Woods; his brothers, Jewel Woods and Ray Presson Woods; and his grandson Bobby Joe Burke.
He is survived by: his son Larry Eugene Woods (Sandy) of Benton; his grandson Charlie Dale Reynolds; and his siblings, Vernon Woods of Marble Hill, Jimmy Paul Woods of Myrtle, MO, Bruce Woods of East Prairie, Todd Woods of East Prairie, Derrell Woods of East Prairie, Shirley Mae Hutson and Brenda Bolden of East Prairie.
