He was predeceased by: his father Robert E. Rice; and his brother Jimmy Dale Rice of Gainesville, Florida.. He is survived by: his siblings, Lavona Jean Moore (Richard) of East Prairie and Thomas Lynn Rice (Brittany) of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
