He is survived by: his daughter Destiny Elizabeth Patrick of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; his stepdaughters, Stephanie Thomas of East Prairie and Destiny Thomas of East Prairie; his siblings, Ronnie Chance (Pam) of East Prairie, Dicky Chance (Nicole) of Benton, Don Chance (Sherry) of Bloomfield, Missouri, Sharron Chance of East Prairie, Lisa Smith (David) of Riner and Theresa Borders of East Prairie; and his grandchildren, Ava Grace Messmer, Camye Lou Weakley and Kye Lee Wheatley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews; and one great-great nephew.
