She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. McMinn, Sr. and Cornelia Love Childers McMinn; her husband Gene; and her siblings, J. C., J. E. McMinn and Joyce Howlett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, Norma Jean requested that donations be made to First Christian Church, P. O. Box 67, East Prairie, MO 63845.
