She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Eugene, Shirley Ann Ashley O'Guin, Elmer and Earlene Allen Gaddy. She is survived by: her parents, William Davis "David" O'Guin and Kathy Lisa Gaddy O'Guin; her siblings, William O'Guin (Jessica) of Benton and Courtney Smith (Patrick) of East Prairie; and her nieces and nephews, Declan O'Guin, Savannah Smith, Hailey Smith, Samuel Smith, Lucas Smith and Caitlyn Quinn Smith. She is also survived by her friends and military companions.
