It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Guinn of East Prairie, Missouri, who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Guinn and Suanna Richards Guinn; his wife Brenda Kay Freed; and his siblings, John Guinn, Charles Guinn, Barbara Kemp and Patsy Triplett.
He is survived by: his siblings, Freddie Guinn of Florida and Betty Weiser of West Middlesex, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shelby Funeral Home (104 W Olive St, East Prairie, MO 63845). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
