He is survived by: his daughter Brittany; his son-in-law Robert Blanford; his grandchildren, Trinity and Xavier Blanford of Jacksonville, FL.; his siblings, Richard D. Oliphant Sr. and Janet K. Oliphant of East Prairie; his niece Ashley Thomure (Eric); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Evan, Landyn and Ethan of East Prairie, MO; his nephew Richard D. Oliphant Jr. (Jennifer); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Paisley and Laylyn of Sikeston, MO; his nephews, Daniel T. Oliphant of East Prairie, MO and Matthew Oliphant (Amber); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Josephine and Maisie of Cape Girardeau, MO; and his friends, Gary, Barbara Sterling of East Prairie and Kasey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
