He is survived by: his wife Janet Rice of East Prairie; his children, Mindi Lyn Rice of Clarkton, Adalyn Danielle Rice-Woodard (Amanda) of East Prairie and Thomas Matthew Rice of New Madrid; his brother Jonathan Rice (Tina) of East Prairie; and also Bailey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and his many fur babies.
