He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert Stallings and Helen Aliene Wilburn Stallings. He is survived by: his wife Janie Lynn Foster; his daughters, Jennifer Stallings (David James) of Jackson, TN and Julie Stallings Dugan (Bryan Dugan) of East Prairie; his granddaughter Stella-Grace Stallings Dugan; and his sisters, Shirley Britt (Larry) of East Prairie and Alvina Mainord (Scott) of Benton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
