She was predeceased by: her father George W. Welch; her husband Charles LeRoy "Jack" Hubbard; and her sisters, Barbara Sue Stevenson (Welch) and Myra Janice Welch. She is survived by: her daughter Kandi Staples (Barksdale); her son-in-law Sidney Lee Staples, Jr. of East Prairie; her stepchildren, Teresa (Barksdale), Jim McElroy, Richard Lynn, Jody Barksdale, Randy Allen and Kay Barksdale; and her grandchildren, Landry Welch Staples and Lance Foster Staples of East Prairie. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
