He was predeceased by: his father Burl Williams; his son Randy Williams; and his siblings, Travis W. Williams and Doris Adkisson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ward; his sons, Jeff Williams of East Prairie and Tim Williams of East Prairie; his granddaughters, Alicia Harper of East Prairie, Madelyn Laplant of East Prairie and Mary Grace Garnett of East Prairie; and his brother Howard Ray "Tinker" Williams of East Prairie. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
