As James Lee departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James Lee may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James Lee leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert and Nona Slaughter Hodges; his son Jeremy Hodges; and his brothers, Johnny and Calvin Hodges.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, James Robert Hodges (Mary Ann) of East Prairie, MO, Mary Lu Hodges of Sikeston and Alicia Hodges of East Prairie, MO; and his sisters, Ocie Bradley of Steele, MO and Linda Hodges. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
