He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bailey and Ilean Carucci Bailey; and his siblings, Penny Bailey and David Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Chanley; his children, James Bailey Jr. of East Prairie, MO, Deborah Inez Bailey of Cape Girardeau, MO and Lynda Brack of East Prairie, MO; his grandchildren, Austin, Sierra, Madeline, Spencer and Samantha; and his siblings, Robert M. Bailey Jr. of Arkansas, Richard M. Bailey of East Prairie, MO, Debra Hudlin of Oklahoma, Sherry Stewart of Indiana and Pamela Waldo of Benton, MO.. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
