With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ivory Joe Counts of East Prairie, Missouri, born in Sikeston, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2024. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Glenda Mae Whitlock; her great-aunt Amy M. Scott; her grandmother Dixie Clark Counts; her uncle Joe O'Conner; and her cousin Brittany Leann O'Conner.
She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth Todd Counts and Morgan Briann Scott of East Prairie, MO; her siblings, Dixie Mae Counts, Daisy Michelle Counts, Arienne Beth Counts, Josh Counts (Shelby) and Kalyn Michael Counts (Bobbi); her grandparents, Kenny Counts, Kelly Scott, Michael Grissom and Michael Wilcott; and her aunts and uncles, Heather Thomas (Chadd), Codi Lee (Travis), Morgan Hunt (Charles), Maykayla Grissom, Michael Grissom, Nikka Johnson, Sue Weakley and Michael O'Conner.
A reception was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Blessed Assurance Ministries Church (108 Shannon St, East Prairie, MO 63845).
