Imogene Hanor Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Imogene Hanor of East Prairie, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 6, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Imogene's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Imogene has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Hager and Lucille Irby Hager; and her siblings, Bill C. Hager, Linda Faye Howren and Peggy Ann Mattox.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Hanor of East Prairie and Janet Sutton of East Prairie; her sister Mary Sue Scroggins of St. Charles, Missouri; her grandchildren, Scott Sutton of Sikeston, Nathan Sutton of Charleston and Laurie Hutcheson of East Prairie; and her great grandchild Shelby Sutton of Sikeston.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Church of God (322 N Washington St, East Prairie, MO 63845). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
