He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Ray Williams; his granddaughter Kylie; and his brothers, Cecil Lee, Larry David, Ronald Ervin, Kevin Roy and Jerry Don Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Wayne Williams of Sikeston, MO, Howard Ray Williams, Jr. (Jennita Vernae) of East Prairie and Cecil Earl Williams (Brandi) of Eldon, MO; his siblings, Charles Orlin Williams (Wanda) of Charleston, MO and Marilyn McCoy (Charlie) of East Prairie; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Levi, Brittany, Ceara, Nikki, Ashley and Preston. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
