She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson and Mary Burgess Wilson; her husband Billy Ray Lewis; her sons, Wayne Smith and Don Smith; and her brother Paul Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Jeremy Lewis (Katina) of East Prairie and Rhonda Brack (William) of East Prairie; her siblings, Terry Wilson of Bowling Green, KY, Jerry Wilson of East Prairie, Donnie Wilson of Portageville, MO, Shirley Ivie of Portageville, MO, Ruby Smith of East Prairie and Madgie Daniels of Matthews, MO.; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Story, Olivia Smith Lueder, Jonathan Brack, Pat Strayhorn, Shawndale Williams, Kayleigh Lewis and Trevor Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Kendriya Story, Jersee Story, Wade Brack, Delaney Brack and Jensen Lueder.
