He is survived by: his wife Kay Higgins; his children, Kenneth Higgins (Mindi) of Fruitland, MO, Tony Higgins (Lori) of Nevada, Harold Higgins of Charleston, Lynn Sanchez (Alex) of Bertrand and Tammy Peterson of Matthews; and his siblings, Norman Higgins of South Carolina, Mary Grey of Missouri, Dianne Oakley of Missouri and Carolyn Ivie of Missouri. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
