He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Rush Oliver and Dearmont Oliver; his father-in-law Carl Hough; and his siblings, Rosalie Oliver LaPlant and Samuel Oliver.
He is survived by: his siblings, Homer Oliver (Rosemary), Joe Oliver (Sandra), Ted Oliver (Shirley) and Clyda Goodin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McMikle Funeral Home (201 S Center St, Charleston, MO 63834).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorials be made to Nelson Memorial United Methodist Church, 106 East Washington Street, East Prairie, MO 63845 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN, 38105.
