He is survived by: his wife Imogene Ward; his sons, Ron Ward (Tammy) of East Prairie, MO and Robert Ward (Christine) of East Prairie, MO; his grandchildren, Sean Thomason, Christopher Carden, David Ward, Summer Ward, Brittany Ward and Ronald Ward Jr.; and his stepgrandchildren, Marisa Riggin, Steven Riggin, Justin Scott, Brittany Scott, Jeremy Scott and Kara Scott.
