He is survived by: his mother Ruth Yvonne Thomas Hopper; his stepfather James Leroy Hopper; his siblings, Donald Joel Parker of East Prairie, Michelle Reata Parker of East Prairie and Melodiee Faith Parker of Glenwood, Iowa; his half-sister Cassie Mann of Douds, Iowa; and his aunts, Virginia Hedgecoth, Charlotte Thomas and Christine Thomas.
