She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Leroy Hancock and Mary Leda Wheatley Hancock; her daughter Angie Earnhart; her grandson Dalton Tyler Wasson; and her siblings, Calvin Leon Hancock, Glenn Allen Hancock, Barbara Ann Miller and Debra Rose Hancock.
She is survived by: her children, Zena Kay Burns of Dexter, MO, Evelyene Michelle Wheatley of Dexter, Barbara Jean Wasson of Florida, Donnie Gene Wasson of Missouri and Jesse Eugene Wasson of East Prairie; and her siblings, Tammy Burks of Chaffee, MO, Terry Hancock of Chaffee, MO, Toni Elfrink of Chaffee, MO and Robert Lee Easley of Dudley, MO.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and 8 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shelby Funeral Home (104 W Olive St, East Prairie, MO 63845). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
