Carol Evans Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Carol Evans of East Prairie, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley "Slim" High and Opal Lee Bonta High; and her husband Jimmy Evans. She is survived by: her children, James Stephens (Deann) of Sikeston, MO, Robert Evans (Jamie) of Sikeston, MO and Kelly Henry of East Prairie, MO; her aunt Paulette Daehn of St. Louis, MO.; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Stephens, Carson Helms, Tyleigh Powers, Madison Powers, Reagen Evens and Haylee Evans. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shelby Funeral Home (104 W Olive St, East Prairie, MO 63845). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery (17357 Stars and Stripes Way, Bloomfield, MO 63825).
