She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Fayette" Marshall and Mayme "Christine" Townsend Marshall; her husband Jimmy Holdiness; and her siblings, Bill Marshall, John Marshall, Ruth Brown, Dorris Owens and Judy Bowen.

She is survived by: her children, Lamar Holdiness of East Prairie, Missouri and Summer Dunker (Anthony) of Sikeston, Missouri; her siblings, Ross Marshall (Alice) of Anniston, Dennis Marshall (Linda) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Joy Ivie of East Prairie, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Heidi, Brody and Anabelle.

In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Funding.
