He is survived by: his children, Stephan Willis (Katina) of East Prairie, William Wesley Willis (Kris) of South Shore, KY, Billy Ray Willis Jr. (Kelly) of South Shore, KY, Shawna Rene Johnson of East Prairie and Latonya Gene Huus of East Prairie; and his siblings, Gerald Willis of Michigan, Karen Ann Riley of Michigan, Geraldine Griggs of East Prairie and Anita Willis of East Prairie. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
