She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Joe Burney and Etta May Adams Burney; her siblings, William "Billy" Burney and Patsy Ruth Burney; and her sister-in-law Sandy Owens.
She is survived by: her husband William "Keith" Cook; her sons, Joshua David Cook (Tamara Tidwell) of East Prairie and Brian Keith Cook (Angela Graumen) of East Prairie; her grandchildren, Skylar Kay and Hunter Lee; and her brothers, Kevin Burney (Kim) of East Prairie, Lloyd Burney of East Prairie and Frank Burney (Regina) of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
