She is survived by: her sons, Alex Eugene Turner (Casey Louis Cozart) of Dallas, TX and Alton Christopher Turner (Alexis Favelle) of Paducah, KY; her grandchildren, Tra'von Turner, Aden Turner and Allie Turner; and her siblings, David O'Guin (Kathy) of East Prairie, James O'Guin of Wyatt, Donald O'Guin (Linda) of Mesa, AZ and Becky Miller of East Prairie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
