He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Gilliland and Patsy Gilliland (Lyons); his brothers, Allen and Bobby Gilliland; his stepsons, Jeremy and Cory Knowles; and his nephew Jason Gilliland.
He is survived by: his children, Josh Cook, Melanie Brown, Danielle Dellos (Clay), Nicholas Gilliland (Sara) and Jennifer Niebuhr; his grandchildren, Hailey Gilliland, Landon, Emily Brown, Aiden, Benjamin, Ella Grace Dellos, Claire and Cora Gilliland; and his brother Larry Gilliland. He is also survived by 16 step-grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
