He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Ernest and Wilma Ruth Decker (Henson); his children, Richard Ernest Decker, Jr. (Sarah) of Berryville, Christopher Lee Decker (Christine) of Cassville, Missouri and Traci Ann Decker of Golden, Missouri; and his sister Roberta Jean Rivera (Guy) of Glendale, California. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
