He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Allen, Jr. and Pauline Allen (McGill); his former wife Martha Ann Patterson; his spouse Terry Emery; and his son Michael Allen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sallianne Allen of Eagle Rock and Susan Hess of Ada, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Patty Rhodes of Cassville, Missouri, Neal Puckett of Golden and Lewis Puckett of Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Jacob (Micah Rose), Katlyn Rose, Sarah Olson (Scottie) and Adrian Rhodes (Dustin Rhodes). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
