He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Hase (Bloyer) and Paul James Hase; his son Matthew Hase; and his siblings, Vernon, Robert, Kermit, George, Frances, Mary and Adella.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Hase of Eagle Rock, Missouri; and his children, Jean Hase of Severna Park, Maryland, Brion Hase (Leta) of Sioux City and Paul Hase of Ames Iowa.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Lutheran Church in Eagle Rock and entrusted to the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
