She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ruether (Irma) and Willenbrink; her husband Victor Westhoff; her children, Gwen Dooley, Renee Becker and Gregg Westhoff; and her grandchild Jesse Becker.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Westhoff (Karla Eckelkamp) of Dutzow, Cynthia Rhoades of Olathe, KS, Dale Westhoff of Washington, Kay Alleman (Robert) of Washington and Bryan Westhoff (Debbie) of Beaufort; her brother Dennis Ruether (Joanne) of Dutzow; her sister-in-law Victoria "Tookie" Westhoff; and her children-in-law, Dean Becker and Anne Lause (Jared). She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
Memorial donations can be made to the Dutzow Community Club or Masses.
