He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Leonard and Nettie Susan Kramer, Sr. (Hipkins); his wives, Norma 'Nancy Taylor and Nancy; his son-in-law Mark Hodges Sr.; his great grandchild Brody Griffith; and his great great grandchild Ava Rain Courtois.
He is survived by: his children, Vicky Rumsey (Jerry Hoelscher), Teresa Gorder (Don Gorder), Bobette Frese Tena (Clint Frese) and Ricky Kramer; his brother Eugene Kramer (Peggy); and his sister-in-law Marilyn Taylor. He is also survived by 64 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Northeast Missouri Hospice or to the Knights of Columbus TV Mass for Shut Ins.
