It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karl Franklin Speer of Durham, Missouri, born in Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on July 15, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Earnest Speer and Dorothy E. Speer (Powell). He is survived by: his close friend Sandra Benson; his children, Tracy Dorsey of Washington and Rachel Speer of New Mexico; and his friend James Spratt. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
